We have over seven years of solid experience in the business outsourcing industry.
topWhat format of audio do you accept?
We prefer digital audio files of any format. We handle digital audio formats such as MP3, WAV, WMA etc., to name a few.
topDo you accept video formats?
We do accept digital video formats such as MPEG, MOV, WMV etc.
topDo you accept audio in languages other than English?
No. Currently we do not provide transcription services in languages other than English.
topAre your medical transcription services HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We have implemented stringent security measures to protect the confidentiality and personal health information of the patients.
topWhat is the normal procedure you follow for CAD projects?
Clients provide us with the inputs and requirements via e-mail, ftp or as hard copies. We then review the requirements including expected delivery time, and contact client for further clarifications, if any. We then submit quote for the project based on the requirements analysis. We then send status updates and proofs of the project in a pre-defined timely manner. Incorporate changes per feedback from the client and complete the project by the committed delivery time.

Our corporate office is located in San Mateo, California, whereas our production base is located in Kerala, India.
topWhat is your normal working hrs?
We normally work round the clock, 365 days a year.

We prefer Email and Chat (MSN/Yahoo). You can also get in touch with us using our US phone and Fax numbers.
topHow do I send assignments down to you?
You can use Snail mail, Email or FTP to send assignments to us. You can also use Wavescribe to send transcriptions.
topHow do you charge, per hour or per project?
For transcription services we charge on per line (approx. 65 characters) basis. For other services, the rates mostly depend on the complexity of the project.
topHow do we pay you?
We prefer check payments.
topHow big of a project can you handle?
We are well equipped to handle any project of any size.
topHow do I know you’ll keep my sources confidential?
We would be more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement on client’s request.
topCan you provide any references?
Yes. We can certainly provide client references, on request though.
