Digitec has developed efficient, process-oriented systems for medical billing and coding and medical transcription to manage the flow of work and provide reports regarding files dictated by the client, jobs completed, jobs pended, jobs uploaded, jobs allotted to each coder or transcriptionist, etc.
Our well-organized process also includes daily productivity reports with accuracy averages of reports done per client, per transcriptionist, and so on. This enables us to efficiently track the skill-levels of each of our transcriptionists or coders as well as ensure a high level of accuracy with files being sent to each client. These production reports also monitor the overall production capacity of the company as a whole, and our ability to meet targets and fulfill client requests.
